重要提示:中信银行万豪旅享家®精逸白金卡以及中信银行万豪旅享家®白金卡(以下合称“联名卡”)的持卡人(以下亦称“持卡人”或“您”)参与本活动,即表示已仔细阅读、充分理解并同意《中信银行万豪旅享家®联名信用卡条件与条款》《活动细则》的全部条款和条件,并同意活动主办方(中信银行股份有限公司信用卡中心作为一方,与万豪国际集团及万豪礼赏有限责任公司作为另一方为联合主办方) 为执行本次活动之目的而对您的必要个人信息进行处理。如您对前述条款和条件有任何疑问的,请您暂停后续操作,您可致电中信银行信用卡客服热线咨询,以便我们为您解释和说明。
Important Reminders: By participating in this Promotion, any cardholder (hereinafter referred to as “Cardholder” or “You”) of CITIC Marriott Bonvoy® Platinum Card and CITIC Marriott Bonvoy® Premium Platinum Card (collectively, the “Co-brand Cards”) acknowledges that you have carefully read, fully understood and agreed to all terms and conditions of the “CITIC Marriott Bonvoy® Co-brand Card Terms and Conditions” and “Rules of Promotions”, and agreed to the processing of your personal information by the Promotion organizers (China CITIC Bank Limited Company Credit Card Center on the one hand and Marriott International Inc. and Marriott Rewards LLC on the other hand are the joint promotion organizers) as necessary for the purposes of the Promotion. If you have any questions regarding the aforesaid terms and conditions, please suspend your operations and call the hotline of CITIC Bank Credit Card Center for clarification and explanation.

1. Promotion Period
预订阶段:2024年12月5日0时0分至2025年2月28日23时59分;
入住时间:2024年12月5日0时0分至2025年3月31日23时59分 ,超过这一阶段的入住将不纳入统计。
活动奖励发放阶段:活动额外奖励将在完成一次合格住宿后跟随住宿奖励一起发放。
Booking period: From 00:00, December 5, 2024, till 23:59, February 28, 2025.
Stay period: From 00:00, December 5, 2024, till 23:59, March 31, 2025, any stat beyond this period will not be counted.
The award issued period: The award will be issued concurrently with Eligible Stay upon completion of the Eligible Stays.

2. Eligibility
本次活动仅限中信银行万豪旅享家®精逸白金卡及中信银行万豪旅享家®白金卡主卡持卡人(以下简称“符合资格持卡人”)参与。
Only cardholders of primary CITIC Marriott Bonvoy® Platinum Card and primary CITIC Marriott Bonvoy® Premium Platinum Card are eligible for this Promotion (“Eligible Cardholder”).

(1) 符合资格卡片的持卡人在活动期间参与本活动,即有机会获得额外超值万豪旅享家积分,具体获取规则如下:

符合资格持卡人在2024年12月5日至2025年2月28日期间在万豪国际集团官方预订渠道使以中信万豪旅享家会员卡房价预订万豪国际集团旗下大中华区指定奢华品牌酒店【点击查阅参与活动酒店清单】,并在2025年3月31日前(包括当日)完成一次合格住宿(定义如下,即每次连续2晚及2晚以上住宿),即可额外获得5000点万豪旅享家积分。 “合格住宿“: 1、 必须在活动期间拥有一张已激活的中信银行万豪旅享家精逸白金卡或中信银行万豪旅享家白金卡。 2、 必须在指定时间内完成预订,且于指定时间内完成入住。 3、 必须通过万豪官方渠道以中信万豪旅享家会员卡房价(有关此房价的详情,请参阅中信银行万豪旅享家®联名卡条款与细则的规定)预订同一家酒店的连续房晚至少2晚,万豪官方渠道包括:“万豪旅享家”中文网站、中文APP以及客服热线:4006 886 886;不适用于第三方预订渠道,诸如通过旅行社或任何在线旅行平台,包括但不限于:携程、去哪儿、马蜂窝等。 4、 必须在前台办理入住时出示并使用中信万豪旅享家精逸白金卡或中信银行万豪旅享家白金卡的实体卡片进行刷卡预授权担保房费。 5、 必须在离店结算时使用中信万豪旅享家精逸白金卡或中信银行万豪旅享家白金卡的实体卡进行刷卡支付房费, 6、 在活动期间内,符合条件的住宿可获得奖励的次数没有限制。 7、 使用电子钱包方式(包括不限于微信、支付宝等)进行的房费支付,酒店有权取消专享房价及给与额外奖励。 8、 中信万豪旅享家会员卡房价的详情,请参阅中信银行万豪旅享家®联名卡条款与细则的规定。 |

(1) Eligible Cardholders who participate in this Promotion during the Promotion period will have the opportunity to earn extra Marriott Bonvoy points, the detailed rules are as follows:

During the period from December 5, 2024, and February 28, 2025, Eligible Cardholders who book Eligible Stays for two consecutive nights or more at the designated Marriott International Greater China luxury brand hotels 【Click to check the participating hotel list】will earn 5,000 Marriott Bonvoy bonus points for each Eligible Stay completed by March 31, 2025 (inclusive).
Eligible Stay: 1. Must have an activated CITIC Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Card or CITIC Marriott Bonvoy Premium Platinum Card during the promotion period. 2. Must complete the booking within the specified time and check in during the specified period. 3. Must book through Marriott's official channels with the CITIC Marriott Bonvoy Member Rate. Marriott's official channels include the " Marriott.com, Marriott.com.cn, the App of Marriott Bonvoy and Marriott’s service hotline: 4006 886 886. Not applicable to third party channels such as booked through a tour operator, online travel booking platform channel including but not limited to, Ctrip.com, Trip.com, Qunar.com, Mafengwo.cn. 4. Must present the physical card upon check-in and use the CITIC Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Card or CITIC Marriott Bonvoy Premium Platinum Card for pre-authorization. 5. Must use the CITIC Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Card or CITIC Marriott Bonvoy Premium Platinum Card to swipe and pay for the room charges upon check-out. 6. No limit to the number of rewards one can receive for eligible stays during the promotional period. 7. Hotles have the right to cancel the exclusive rate and extra rewards for room charges paid using e-wallets (including but not limited to WeChat, Alipay, etc.). 8. (2) 本次活动奖励赠送的积分为万豪旅享家积分,一般在退房后 10 个工作日内计入您的万豪旅享家账户。 “活动期间您赚取的额外奖励积分将在住宿计入后 3 至 5 个工作日内出现在您的万豪旅享家账户中,不会出现在您的银行信用卡账单上。若符合资格持卡人在活动奖励发放前已经注销联名卡的,则自动失去活动奖励的获得资格。
(2) The points awarded in this Promotion are Marriott Bonvoy points, and the points are generally credited to Marriott Bonvoy account within 10 working days after check-out. The extra rewarded points during Promotion period will appear in Marriott Bonvoy account within 3 to 5 working days after the stay is credited but will not appear on bank credit card statement. If an Eligible Cardholder cancels the Co-brand Card before the awards are issued, he or she will be automatically disqualified for the awards.
(3) 附属卡不独立参与活动,附属卡交易金额并主卡账户计算。
(3) This Promotion does not apply to the supplementary cards independently; the spending amounts of the supplementary cards will be merged with the primary cards.
(4) 本次活动赠送的万豪旅享家积分以及其他任何与万豪旅享家计划有关内容,均遵从万豪旅享家常客计划的条款和条件。了解完整万豪旅享家常客计划的完整条款和条件,请参阅 https://www.marriott.com.cn/loyalty.mi。

4、其他条款
4. Miscellaneous
(1) 如发现任何个人或商户存在虚构交易获取权益、有偿转赠、套取权益的,中信银行信用卡中心有权取消其活动资格。
(1) CITIC Bank Credit Card Center reserves the right to disqualify any individual or merchant who is found to have engaged in fictitious transactions for obtaining benefits, transferring benefits for a fee or arbitrage of benefits.
(2) 持卡人办卡时间、激活时间、消费入账时间以及消费入账金额,以中信银行信用卡中心系统为准。本次活动中所涉及的所有时间均以北京时间为准。
(2) The Cardholder's card application time, activation time, spending credit time and spending credit amount are subject to the system of CITIC Bank Credit Card Center. All the time in this Promotion is Beijing time.
(3) 参加本活动的持卡人除需要同意并遵守《中信银行万豪旅享家®联名信用卡条件与条款》《活动细则》的全部条款和条件外,其行为还需适用万豪旅享家常客计划的条款和条件(请参阅https://www.marriott.com.cn/loyalty.mi)以及中信银行信用卡中心公布的相关信用卡条款及规则。
(3) In addition to agreeing to and abiding by all the terms and conditions of the “CITIC Marriott Bonvoy® Co-brand Card Terms and Conditions” and “Rules of Promotions”, the Cardholders shall also be subject to the terms and conditions of Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty Program (please visit https://www.marriott.com.cn/loyalty.mi) and terms and rules related to credit cards published by CITIC Bank Credit Card Center.
(4) 符合资格持卡人如存在下述任一情形,其参加本次活动的资格将被取消,已经获得的活动奖励有权扣除或退回:所持信用卡被停用或管制、自行注销信用卡、对中信银行信用卡中心其他债务不偿还的、违反《中信银行信用卡领用合约》或本活动细则及其他相关规定、或万豪有理由怀疑持卡人实施与本次活动相关的任何欺诈行为。
(4) The Eligible Cardholder will be disqualified from participating in the Promotion and the awards have been earned will be deducted or returned under the following circumstances: the credit card is suspended or controlled, the Cardholder cancels the credit card, the Cardholder fails to repay other debts owed to CITIC Bank Credit Card Center, or the Cardholder violates the “Agreement on the Credit Card of CITIC Bank Credit Card Center” or this “Rules of the Promotion” and other related rules, or Marriott suspects there has been fraudulent activity related to this Promotion conducted by the cardholder.
(5) 如对本活动有异议,持卡人可于2024年12月31日前拔打中信银行信用卡客服热线处理。
(5) If you have any objection and questions to this Promotion, please call the hotline of CITIC Bank Credit Card Center before January 31, 2024.
5、免责条款
5. Disclaimer
如本次活动期间,出现不可抗力、形势变更或其他情况(包括但不限于重大灾害事件、活动受政府机关指令需要停止开展或调整的、活动遭受严重网络攻击或因系统故障需要暂停开展等),活动主办方有权根据实际情况暂停、中止或终止本次活动,并可依相关法律法规等规定主张免责。
在法律允许的范围内,活动主办方对本次活动拥有解释权。
In the event of force majeure, a change of circumstances or other circumstances (including but not limited to major disasters, termination or adjustment of the Promotion by order of governmental authorities, suspension of the Promotion due to serious cyber-attacks or system failure, etc.), the Promotion organizer reserves the right to suspend, discontinue or terminate the event according to the actual situation and may claim exemption from liability in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promotion organizer reserves the right of interpretation of this Promotion.
